The study companion for the month or the year you pay for, on the devices your plan lists. The toolkit is free regardless.
A licence lets you use the Sparks study companion on the number of devices your plan lists, for the period you paid for. The free toolkit is not part of the licence: it keeps working whatever happens to your licence, permanently and offline.
Paid monthly, the licence renews each month on the card you first paid with, until you stop it. Stopping takes your licence key on the cancel page, and the licence stays open until the end of the month already paid. Paid yearly, it is one payment, and nothing renews by itself.
A public key and a label per device. No fingerprinting, no tracking of what you do.
When you activate, your device generates a pair of keys and sends us the public halves. We keep:
We do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not track how you use the app. The private half of your device key never leaves your device. It is generated so that it cannot be exported, including by us. What else we hold, and for how long, is in the privacy page.
Fourteen days, no questions, a full refund.
You may withdraw within 14 days of buying, for any reason, even after you have started using Sparks. Withdraw from contract here with your licence key: the whole payment goes back to the card you paid with, any monthly payment stops, the licence ends, and we email you a confirmation. Your devices go back to the free toolkit the next time they check in.

The monthly price is taken on the same day each month, by Revolut, from the card you subscribed with, until you stop it. Stop it at any time from Settings in the app, or on the stop page with your licence key. No further payment is taken, and Sparks stays open until the end of the month you have paid for.
The questions, the explanations and the talks are ours to sell and yours to study, not to copy.
The question bank, its explanations and the toolbox talks are written for Sparks and are what a licence pays for. You may study them, give the talks on your sites and file the sheets they produce. You may not copy them out of the app, publish them or sell them on. The attendance sheets, and everything you type into the app, are yours.
A study aid. The standard is the standard.
Sparks is a study aid. Check every calculation and every table against the current edition of I.S. 10101 before you rely on it in real work, follow your training provider, and work under your supervisor. The app is there to help you learn the reasoning and to save you looking up a figure on site; the standard is the standard.
